I needed a room last-minute and they were very nice and accommodating. They are pet-friendly as I saw several big dogs there. Everyone i met was nice. The parking lot is fenced and gated so it feels very secure.
Overall great place for the location and price. Rooms have been updated. New flooring throughout. Bed was comfortable. Heater worked great to maintain temperature. Bedding was warm - not too light and not too thick. Hot water was quick for the shower. The gym is old with old equipment but available for use. The staff was friendly and easy going. Breakfast was typical but pleasant to have as included. Staff was quick to replenish and accommodate. Overall property was older with updates.
Clarion Hotel By Humboldt is my number 1 go to hotel whenever I'm in Eureka. The receptionist, Angela is very professional, welcoming and understanding. Breakfast is ready on time, rooms are clean...I just love this place!
Cool check in ladies! Made us feel very welcome. Beds were comfy, bath tub was big, breakfast was good! A good place to stay if you’re rolling through town.
Pleasantly surprised to find the heated indoor pool open after seeing other reviews! Was such a relaxing end to a long day for our visiting family!
MJ was a great host! The place was exceptionally clean. The best night sleep I had on the whole trip. Great location, quiet. They had a great selection for the complimentary breakfast. We will be staying there again when in town.
Staff was very polite, only thing that disappointed was that there were no eggs and bacon for the breakfast. It was just sausage and potatoes and they had gravy but I wished there was bacon. Not really into sausage although the one they had wasn’t bad at all. Just me and my kids prefer bacon over sausage. The pool was nice, but the shower handle in there to rinse off the chlorine was broken so we had to wait til we got back to the room. Overall nice visit, friendly staff. It was just a little inconvenient with the parking and gates the way they are.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The furniture is a little dated, but clean. Plenty of parking in a gated lot. The pool was closed, and no screens on the window. I would stay here again, hopefully the pool will be opened next time.
